About Us

Growing up in Canby, OR, Koby (Owner) always dreamed about a career based on helping people. After graduating, he moved down to Phoenix, AZ. From there he graduated from The Refrigeration School while beginning his career in HVAC. Working 2 Phoenix summers to begin his career helped him grow valuable knowledge on Air Conditioning systems of all types. Relocating back to Portland to be closer to family helped him gain advanced knowledge of heating systems and fine tune his Air Conditioning craft. Diving into the world of Furnaces and Gas Fireplaces, Koby quickly discovered a love for his trade. With a new found love he became very enamored with Inverter driven, communicating systems. This new equipment is not understood by many. Regardless, with it being the future of the trade Koby tackled it head on. Now a Journeyman Technician with 7 years in the trade (5 in the Portland Metro) Koby has run thousands of calls. From Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Gas Fireplaces, Ductless systems, Koby is sure to have an answer and a fix for all your problems! Founded in 2023, he promises to put his customers first, and make sure to always do what’s best for them. Every situation is different, he wants to make sure he keeps his customers (and their wallets) living like royalty.
